Training Philosophy

The Vitruvian Triad: A Formula for Complete Physical Mastery

We don't train randomly. Every program is built upon the three classical principles of human design, balancing the physical structure to create a body that lasts.

Strength

True strength is more than just a number on a barbell; it is the ultimate insurance policy for your body. We focus intensely on building injury resilience and absolute stability within the body. By mastering structural integrity, we ensure your joints can safely handle tension, allowing you to lift heavier, recover faster, and eliminate chronic aches.

Utility

A strong body is useless if it is rigid and trapped. Utility is about becoming more capable, more mobile, and genuinely functional. We train to expand your active range of motion, ensuring your efforts in the gym translate directly to your life outside of it. We train so that we can perform and show up at our best in every aspect of our lives.

Beauty

There is no shame in wanting a body you are proud of. We want to look healthy just as much as we want to be healthy. Aesthetics are not superficial, they are a natural side-effect of high-level health and proper movement mechanics. We build physiques that mirror their performance: strong, balanced, and vibrant.

Reese Adams

I became a trainer with the belief that fitness shouldn't be complicated, but it should be precise. In an industry full of noise, my job is to act as your filter, condensing specialized education and thousands of hours on the gym floor into a streamlined path to results.

I specialize in custom programming that respects your body’s unique mechanics and developing better movement patterns built on a firm understanding of applied biomechanics. My priority isn't just giving you a workout; it's providing education. I want to empower you with the knowledge to navigate any gym with confidence.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. Over the years, I watched too many people get burnt out by conflicting fitness trends or sidelined by avoidable injuries. But my true turning point came when I looked off the gym floor and realized how many modern, everyday problems, from desk-job postural fatigue to chronic joint pain, could be solved through the right physical stimulus. I realized that corrective exercise, when applied with precision, is a powerful medicine. The fitness industry didn't need more complex, exhausting routines; it needed intelligent movement design that heals the body while making it stronger.

From our first session, we focus on moving better so you can live better—building a resilient body ready for whatever life throws your way.
